I’ve skipped my workout-week-in-review post because that was yesterday, and today (or more accurately Saturday, November 1st) is today. I’ve now officially started on the Endurance House Redefine Your Possible Triathlon Team. With that, comes a different program, with a different focus. The distances and times will pull way back as I recover while building a wide, solid base of endurance upon which to build. This will be a great opportunity to focus on not only growth, but also recovery and regrowth. I’ve got a good base built up, but with the help of the EH coaches, I’m sure it’ll be even better. I’ll start things up again this week, but it’s a full, and positive, reset toward IMWI 2015!
